A Pink Romance | Harbour Island Engagement & Wedding Photographer

When Peggy emailed me and told me she she was flying into Grand Bahama with Chris, her fiancé for a few days  from Hong Kong and wanted to shoot an E-session, I was excited. When peggy emailed me 2  days later and told me that she had seen the Pink Sand beach in Harbour island and would I fly over there for their session, I did a little dance for joy!!!
Fast forward 4 weeks and I'm flying on Pineapple Air to North Eleuthera (Thanks Gorge for the aerial tour) and catching the water taxi over to Harbour Island.
Peggy & I had gone over the styling and all the props weeks ahead and we were working on the theme " A Pink Romance". They wanted to incorporate the quaintness of Dunmore Town, the golf carts, chicken and also wanted to shoot at the haunted house. To pull all this off, I enlisted the help of local photographer Donna Whitfield DeCosta who ferried us from location to location on the golf cart, held on to 3ft ballons in gusty winds and picked the gorgeous house with the pink shutters as a good match for my balloons and Peggy's dress.
We ended up the session at Coral Sands hotel, where they were guests and of course we headed out onto the pink sand beach to have a little fun and get wet!
I also want to thank The 700 Experience & The Frosted Petticoat for featuring this session on their blogs.

Enjoy the images:)
